What is a Conditional License?
A Real Estate Salesperson's License is conditional until the student has successfully completed Real Estate Practice and one additional Qualifying Course. These courses must be completed and submitted to the Department of Real Estate within 18 months of being issued a license. If they are not completed, your license will be automatically suspended.
