ABOUT CONTINUING EDUCATION (RENEWALS)

Continuing Education courses are required by the Department of Real Estate every 4 years!

The State of California requires that you complete 45 hours of Continuing Education Courses every 4 years to renew your license. We offer all 45 hours in 3 convenient packages. The first package contains everything you need to renew your license: Five 3-hour courses covering Ethics, Trust Fund Handling, Agency, Fair Housing and Risk Management, plus 30 hours of Consumer Protection with California Real Estate Law for a total of 45 hours of continuing education.

You can purchase just the five 3-hour courses (total of 15 hours) or the 30-hour course on Consumer Protection if you only need 15 hours or have already completed part of your continuing education requirement.

Read the book, then watch the lecture, and you'll be ready for the open-book final exam. You can complete all of the Continung Education courses in as little as 9 days, and the final exam can be taken online or through the mail.
