This course is designed to provide students with broad technical knowledge of state and federal laws that govern mortgage loan brokering and lending in the State of California. It also covers the growing use of the Internet in the arrangement of home loans. This new tool will allow more and more loans to be arranged, not by financial institutions, but by licensed real estate salespersons and brokers, and save the general public thousands of dollars.
