Qualifying Courses Return Policy:

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving course materials. All course materials must be retured in their original condition. Refunds will not be made if course materials have been written in (including erasures). Shipping charges and the course registration fee of $10 are not refundable. No refunds will be made after the exam administrator has been nominated. Course fees are not transferable.

Exam Prep Money-Back Gurantee:

If, after two attempts, you have not passed the State Salesperson exam, simply return our course materials with your failure notices within two weeks of your last exam date to receive a refund for the Exam Prep Course.
